Shantai by the Lake sits on three acres beside a lake in Patpanhale, five kilometres from Guhagar beach, with a common swimming pool and a separate kids' pool open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. It is our flagship property and the one most guests mean when they search for a lakeside resort in Guhagar.

Five kilometres — about twelve minutes by road. Ganpatipule is roughly 75 km away, and Chiplun is 38.8 km, about 55 minutes.

Check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Full payment is due before check-in; 50% advance confirms the booking and the balance is collected on arrival.

Yes. Pets are welcome at ₹1,300 per pet per night, which includes one serving of boiled chicken and steamed rice. Pets are not permitted on the beds.

Yes. The lawn seats up to 500 guests and the air-conditioned banquet hall handles 150–200 for smaller functions. The property can accommodate 140 guests overnight on a sharing basis.

There is a multi-cuisine restaurant serving vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Breakfast is included in the room rate as a buffet; lunch, hi-tea and dinner are charged separately.

Accommodation in an air-conditioned room, breakfast, access to the swimming pool and lawn, Wi-Fi in the reception, restaurant and lawn areas, and free parking. Lunch, hi-tea and dinner are charged separately.

The AC Cottage and Deluxe Room take up to three; the Deluxe Duplex and Quadruple Cottage take two adults with two children; the Family AC Cottage sleeps six to seven; and the Suite Room takes up to four.

₹1,200 per night for an extra adult and ₹800 per night for a child between five and twelve years.

The Suite Room — it is the only suite on the property, with a king bed, a bathtub, a separate sitting area and a balcony facing the lake directly. The Deluxe Rooms also face the water.

Yes. Driver accommodation is ₹500 per day, including three meals in the staff area.

The breakfast buffet runs to two or three items daily and typically includes cut fruit, an egg dish, upma, idli and misal pav. With only two or three guests in-house a menu card is offered instead of the buffet.

Swar Villa & Cottages sits directly on the shoreline at Varchapat, Guhagar, with direct beach access from the property.

It is a 3BHK villa with ensuite bathrooms, designed to be booked whole rather than by the room — which is what makes it work for families and groups travelling together.

Yes. Swar Villa is taken as an entire property so you have the pool, the kitchen, the outdoor space and the beach frontage to yourselves. Call or WhatsApp us for rates for your dates.
