Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every guest staying at a Shantai Resorts property. Making a booking means you accept them.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 1:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.

Identification

As required by law, every guest aged 18 and over must carry government-issued photo identification showing their address. We accept Aadhaar cards, driving licences and passports only.

Payment

50% advance confirms a booking; the balance is collected at check-in. Full payment is required before check-in.

Pets

Pets are welcome at ₹1,300 per pet per night, which includes one serving of boiled chicken and steamed rice. Pets are not permitted on beds. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

Swimming pool

The common pool and kids' pool are open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Pool access closes by 7:00 PM as there is no lighting in the pool area. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Food and drink

Our in-house restaurant serves vegetarian and non-vegetarian food from a shared kitchen; separate veg and non-veg kitchens are not available. Liquor is not supplied by the property, and guests may bring their own. Cake orders can be arranged at cost. In-room decoration can be arranged subject to confirmation and is charged at ₹1,500 per room.

Noise and conduct

We do not encourage parties or late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted after 10:00 PM. Inappropriate behaviour or a breach of these house rules will result in a booking being politely refused; if you have already checked in, management reserves the right to ask you to leave without refund.

Prohibited items and activities

Illegal activities, including but not limited to carrying or consuming drugs and narcotics and carrying firearms or weapons, are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activity to the local authorities.

Valuables and damage

Guests are requested to take care of personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items. Guests will be charged for any damage caused to the property.

Occupancy

Up to 140 guests can be accommodated across the entire property on a sharing basis. Extra adults are charged ₹1,200 per night and children aged 5–12 are charged ₹800 per night. Driver accommodation is ₹500 per day including three meals.

Rates and taxes

All published tariffs are exclusive of applicable taxes and are subject to change without notice. The rate confirmed at the time of booking is the rate that applies to your stay.
